Lesson 8

Numerology basics

Numerology reduces dates and names to a single number from 1 to 9, keeping the master numbers 11, 22 and 33.

Your Life Path comes from your full date of birth. Reduce the day, month and year separately, then add them and reduce again.

Example: 15 August 1990 → 15 = 6, 8 = 8, 1990 = 19 = 10 = 1; 6 + 8 + 1 = 15 = 6. Life Path 6.

Your Destiny number comes from all the letters of your full name, using A=1 … I=9, J=1 … and so on (the Pythagorean table). Your Name number uses only your first name.

Life Path shows your natural direction; Destiny shows what you are here to build. Reading them together gives a fuller picture.
